in actual projects, experienced engineers have combined one more different style of internals function units and designed the combined equipment in order not only to meet the super fine treatment process requirement but also extend the consumables circle life more than double time to save the costs of operating and maintenance.

of course, though the first stage bundle of multi-cyclone has removed most part of the particles in the gas to double the circle life of the filter cartridges, the filter cartridge elements have still been blocked by the rest small amount of particles in future and very difficult to recovery them, and the blocked cartridge element have to be changed and maintained during the overhaul. if without considering the equipment stand-by, the engineers have to use the engineering skills to avoid the blocked elements’ breaking down the production lines.

当然,尽管多因子旋流子内件组作为第一级舱已经脱除气流中含有的绝大部分固体颗粒物,但过滤滤芯内件组将来仍会被气流中残存的极少量固体颗粒物逐渐堵塞而很难再生。堵塞后的滤芯必须在大修期间维护更换成新的滤芯。如果不考虑设置备机,工程师必须充分利用自己的工程经验进行前述组合设计,以避免滤芯被堵塞而导致生产线“梗阻停车”。
